McCORMACK, SAMUEL (SAM) - The family circle of the late Sam McCormack wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the The Very Rev Sam Wright for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the ladies of Lisburn Cathedral for serving refreshments. To the family doctor Dr. McManus and district nurse Amanda Hamill for their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations for Pancreatic Cancer Research (cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account), sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
