JOHNSON, FREDA - The family circle of the late Freda Johnson wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to  Shirley Carrington for conducting the Funeral Service and for her words of comfort and prayers. To the Doctors of Hillsborough Medical Practice, the District Nurses, doctors and nursing staff, Lagan Valley Hospital and Rose Lodge Community Care Services for their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations for Muscular Dystrophy N.I., (cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account), sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
