JACK, CHARLES MORRELL (DR) - The family of the late Dr Charles Morrell Jack (1954-2018), wish to express sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their tragic loss. The letters and cards received and the various tributes to Charles' medical service were greatly appreciated. They also wish to express their indebtedness for the diligent medical care Charles received during his brief illness, especially from the staff in the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital. The sensitive and professional conduct of Stevenson's Funeral Directors, Ballymena was greatly valued as were the refreshments provided by the ladies of Ballywatt Presbyterian Church. The pastoral care of Rev Ross Collins and the helpfulness of Kirk Session members meant a great deal to the family circle. The family welcomed the opportunity to meet with everyone who attended Charles' Memorial Service and are grateful for generous donations totalling £3,430 received in his memory for the work of Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
