HARVEY, JOHN McFARLAND - The wife and family of the late John Harvey would like to thank all those       who sympathised with    them in their sad bereavement. Thanks   to all those who telephoned, sent sympathy cards, donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral and helped in any way. Thanks to Dr. Ross for his care of John. Special thanks to Rev. McDonald for his words of comfort and for conducting the service. Also thanks to Rev. Pollock for attending John during his illness. Thanks also to B.
