BELL, SARAH ANN WINIFRED (WINNIE) - The daughter, son and family wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all the doctors and staff of Montalto Medical Centre, the staff at Ward 3B, Ulster Hospital and the carers and nurses from both the NHS and Lydian Care for all their care and attention. Also thanks to those friends and neighbours who sent cards, telephoned, called with the family, brought gifts, made a donation to Marie Curie (c/o Douglas Funeral Directors), attended the funeral service or helped in any other way. A special word of thanks to Rev Victor Neill and Rev Dr George Speers for their prayers, words of comfort and for officiating at the Funeral Services in the Church and home. Finally, thank you to Bill Reid, Douglas Funeral Directors, for the caring and professional way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
