MATCHETT, JOAN - The family circle of the late Joan Matchett, wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Unfortunately, due to the current regulations, those who would have liked to attend the funeral service were unable to do so, but as a family we wish to thank those friends and neighbours who sent text messages, letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way. To the family doctor, Dr. Palmer, Lisburn Health Centre and all staff of Nicholson House Nursing Home for their unfailing care. A very special thank you to David Gill for playing the bag pipes so beautifully. A special word of thanks to Rev Emma Rutherford for conducting the graveside service and for her words of comfort and prayers. To all those who sent donations, cheques payable to Dementia N.I.
