HEASLEY, SARAH - The family circle of the late Sarah Heasley wish to express their most sincere thanks for all those kind relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Unfortunately, due to the current regulations, many of those who would have liked to attend the funeral service were unable to do so. The family therefore would like to thank all those who sent letters, cards of sympathy and floral tributes; who telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Thank you to Dr Palmer's family practice at Lisburn Health Centre, especially Drs Knox, Borthwick and McCourt plus the District Nursing Staff who attended regularly. The family also wish to express their sincere thanks to the South Eastern Trust Care Management Team of Lisburn Health Centre and the staff of Rose Lodge Community Care Services for their ongoing care and support over the past number of years. A special word of thanks to Rev. Willie Nixon for conducting the service and for his words of comfort and prayers. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
