LEWIS, THOMAS JOSEPH (TEDDY) - The family circle of the late Teddy Lewis wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Nicholas Dark for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the private service. Thanks to Dr. McQuillen, Linenhall Medical Practice and staff of Parkside Nursing Home for their unfailing care and attention. Unfortunately, due to the current regulations, those who would have liked to attend the funeral service were unable to do so, but as a family we wish to thank our friends and neighbours for their cards, telephone calls and donations to N.I. Children's Hospice (c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors). Finally thanks to John Wallace and Staff at Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors for the caring and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
