CAMPBELL, DAVID SAMUEL - The family circle of the late David Campbell wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Trevor Cleland for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the private Service. Thanks to Dr. Dick and the District Nursing staff, The Hill, Dunmurry for their unfailing care and attention. Unfortunately, due to the current regulations, those who would have liked to attend the funeral service were unable to do so, but as a family we wish to thank our friends and neighbours for their cards, telephone calls and donations to N.I. Hospice, (c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors). Thanks also to Bill Reid and staff of Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors for the dignified and caring manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
