HILLAND, ELLEN JANE (JEAN) - The family circle of the late Jean Hilland wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. McAlister for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the Service, also the organist, David Weavell. To Dr Montgomery, The Hill Surgery, Dunmurry, the nursing staff at the Lagan Valley Hospital, especially Ward 14, the District Nurses and carers who showed so much care and compassion. Unfortunately, due to current regulations, those who would have liked to attend the funeral service were unable to do so, but as a family we wish to thank our friends and neighbours for their cards, telephone calls and donations to Diabetes UK (NI Branch) (c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors). Also, to Bill Reid and staff at Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
