McCULLOUGH, NEIL - Sadie wishes to express her sincere and deep thanks to everyone who sympathised with her on Neil's passing. To every family member thank you for all your love and support. To my friends and neighbours thank you so much. My special thanks to AAH Ward A6 Macmillan Unit and to Dr. Joanne Murdock and all the nursing staff who give exceptional care and attention to Neil it was second to none, I am deeply grateful. To Matthew Horner our Assistant Minister and Rachel Cubitt our Deaconess for the lovely service of thanksgiving for Neil's life and our whole Church family for all their prayers and support you have been a blessing. And to Mulhollands Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified way they looked after Neil and for all the funeral arrangement made. Trusting these thanks will be accepted by all as a token of my deep appreciation.
