HAWTHORNE, ISABEL - The entire family wish to express their most sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special thanks to the pastoral team at Dundonald Elim Church for all their help and for conducting the Service of Thanksgiving, to all the carers from Ann's Home Care for the excellent care and attention provided in her own home and latterly the staff of Ward 3A in the Ulster Hospital. Also all the doctors and nurses who provided care in the community. To all those who called at the family home, sent cards, letters, messages, telephoned and attended the service or helped in any other way. To those who sent donations to Dementia N.I or N.I Chest, Heart & Stroke. To S Clarke & Son Funeral Directors, Newtownards, for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
