ADAMS, SARAH JANE - The family circle of the late Sally Adams wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Pastor Andrew Curry for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the family doctor, Dr Crawford, Hillsborough Medical Practice. The family also wish to express sincere thanks and deep appreciation to the out of hours doctors at Lagan Valley, for their unfailing care and attention in Sally's hours of need, most notably Dr. Spence. To all those who joined us for refreshments at Emmanuel Church Hall, who sent donations, cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account for Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research. Sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Also, to Ronnie Thompson's for their care, words of comfort and professionalism throughout. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
