MILLER JOHN DEREK?   The family of the late Derek Miller wish to express their most sincere thanks to kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. We wish to thank those relatives, friends and neighbours who sent letters, cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
