PATTERSON, DAVID THOMAS - The wife and daughter of the late David Patterson, wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives and friends who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Andrew Thompson for conducting the Funeral Service, his reflections on David's life and his words of comfort and prayers. To the family doctor, Dr. Doherty, Lisburn Health Centre, for his unfailing care and attention. Heartfelt thanks to the District Nurses, the Respiratory Team at Lagan Valley Hospital, the Palliative Home Care Nurses, the Carers and the Marie Curie Nurses, who all looked after David so lovingly. To all those who sent donations, cheques payable to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors). Sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
