Gault, David John (Dee)

GAULT, DAVID JOHN (DEE) -  Daughter Lucy, parents John and Sara, brother Alistair, sister Diane and the family circle of the late David wish to express their sincere thanks to the many relatives and friends who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. Also, those who sent cards, flowers or donations to Friends of the Cancer Centre and attended the  service at Rosemary Presbyterian Church or Roselawn Crematorium. Special thanks to the Doctors, nurses and ward staff at the Cancer Centre Belfast City Hospital for the care and attention they gave to David in his final  days. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
