BOOTH, JOHN DAVID - The wife and family circle of the late John David Booth wish to express our gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us, on our recent bereavement. Our thanks to the staff of floor 7 Critical Care RVH for the care given to John. A special thanks to Reverend Tom Deacon for his pastoral care and for conducting the funeral service. Thanks also to Richard Chapman and all the staff at Bobby Morrison Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
