DONNELLY, MARTHA - The family of the late Martha Donnelly, wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.  Thanks to all who sent cards, made donations, telephoned and attended the funeral.  Special thanks to Rev. Carson who conducted the heartfelt service, thanks also to Houston and Williamson for carrying the arrangements with empathy and dignity, also special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff of Ward 2B, Mater Hospital for treating our mother with dignity.  Trusting this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
