FARIS, NEIL - Mary-Frances, wife of the late Neil Faris, wishes to thank the many kind friends, colleagues and neighbours who sympathised with her during the recent sad bereavement. Those who sent Mass/Sympathy cards, letters of condolences, visited the house, brought gifts, travelled a distance, attended the funeral service, made a donation to Friends of the Cancer Centre or helped in any way. Thanks to Rev Owen Patterson of Ardglass Presbyterian Church for his very reflective service and to the Church organist for providing music. Charles Rourke and Sons for their personal attention and the professional manner in which they conducted the funeral. The team that provided the catering and the use of the Church Hall.Grateful thanks to all those who cared for Neil throughout his illness. Dr Park and the medical team at the Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre.  Staff from Macmillan Cancer Support, Dr Cullen and his team at the Botanic Medical Centre for all their ongoing support to Neil throughout his illness. The District Nurses who always showed great sensitivity throughout their professional involvement with Neil. Paul McKenna and staff at Lockview Pharmacy for their dedication in supplying all medications Neil needed. The Ambulance crew(s) and Paramedics for all their interventions to stabilise Neil before transporting him to the Royal Victoria Hospital.The staff at the R.V.H, especially Dr Lutton, for their medical attempts to keep Neil alive, whilst showing empathy and kindness to me at a very emotional time. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of my appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Mary-Frances McWade
