MAGOWAN, THOMAS LOUIS (LOU) - Died March 20, 2021, peacefully, in his home, after a long illness, dearly loved husband of Pat, loving father of Lorna and Leane, father-in-law of Eddie and grandfather of Jordan and Devon. Funeral Service will be held privately due to the current circumstances. Service restricted to 25 people by invitation only. No flowers please.
