FOREMAN, ELIZABETH (BETTY) - Died March 29, 2021. Chairwoman of the former Belfast Fund Raising Group tor the USPCA. Betty's life was devoted to helping the helpless, her work on behalf of injured, abused, neglected and abandoned animals will always be remembered. Deepest sympathy to the family circle from all her former volunteers. At peace.
