HUGHES, PHYLLIS - April 4, 2021, dearly loved wife of the late Frank, loving mother of David and Lorraine, devoted nana of Kiera and Owen and loving sister of Gerald and Dickie. Sadly a private Funeral will take place due to Government restrictions. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent, if desired, direct to Alzheimer's Society NI, 30 Skegoneill Street, Belfast, BT15 3JL. Sadly missed by the wider family circle.
