MOORE, DAVID - Died February 13, 2014. Eileen, Roger, Valerie and Mervyn would like to express our grateful thanks to all our friends, family and neighbours who sympathised and supported us following the death of our beloved father and husband David. We especially want to thank Rev. Roy Cooper for his care, concern and help. Alan and Phyllis for their immense help and hospitality. We extend our thanks also to the Staff of S. Clarke & Sons for their consideration and help. We thank also those who attended David's Funeral Service, especially neighbours and radio friends. Also we gratefully appreciate the many cards, letters, emails and phone calls of support that we have received in our bereavement. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
