CAMPBELL, HENRY - His mother Betty, son Richard and family circle wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their sad bereavement. To those who called at the home, telephoned, sent cards, letters, brought gifts, attended the funeral service, sent donations to MND Association or Neurology Unit, Musgrave Park Hospital, or helped in anyway. To Dr. McDonnell and all the dedicated Staff at the Neurology Unit, Musgrave Park Hospital, who cared and attended Henry unconditionally during his illness. We would also like to thank Helen McClean, MNDA and her colleagues who organised and made it possible for Henry to travel back home and have a bed to settle into. Trusting this acknowledgement will accepted by all as a token of our appreciation to everyone.
