SAMUEL, MEMY - Ivan Samuel, husband of the late Memy Samuel, wishes to express his most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with him in his recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to Rev. Andrew Faulkner for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the ladies of Sloan Street Presbyterian Church for serving the refreshments. To the family doctor Dr. O'Neill for his unfailing care and attention. Special thanks to Dr. M. Drake and her team at the Belfast City Hospital, for their compassionate care. To all those who sent donations for Marie Curie Cancer Care (cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account), letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
