BOYD, SAMUEL DAVID - The wife, daughter and family circle of the late David Boyd wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special thanks to Mr. Sammy Maze and Mr. Jonathan McCaughey for conducting the Funeral Service and for their words of comfort. To the Doctors and Nursing Staff of the Lagan Valley Hospital and Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre for their care and attention.
