JARDINE, CLARE - The husband, daughters and family of the late Clare Jardine wish to express heartfelt thanks to all who supported and sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all the hospitals and staff involved in Clare's care from she was diagnosed with M.N.D. To all who visited her home during her illness, to the Marie Curie and Hospice Nurses and M.N.D. Team involved in her care. To the District Nurses and Staff of Extra Care, the Doctors at Castle Practice and a special thanks to Doctor J. McAllister for his devotion to her. To Reverend Dr. Cecil Grant and Pastor Drew Hamill for conducting the Funeral Service. To Carrickfergus Golf Club and their caterers for the refreshments after the funeral. To all who sent cards, donations and visited the home and attended the funeral. To Irwins Funeral Directors, Carrickfergus, for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
