McILROY, IAN - The family circle of the late Ian McIlroy wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Rev. David Knox and Rev. Susan Moore for conducting the funeral service and for their words of comfort and prayers. To the ladies of Harmony Hill Presbyterian Church for serving the refreshments. To his carers Mary, Sonia and Linda, Dr. Wilson, the District Nursing Team and the Lagan Valley Respiratory Team for their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations in lieu of flowers for Christian Aid (cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account), letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. The family are very appreciative of the support and very professional service provided by Mr. Billy Horne and his team at Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors.
