ADAMS, HANNAH - The family of the late Hannah Adams would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the kindness at the time of Hannah's death by those who called, telephoned, sent cards and messages of sympathy and attended the funeral, the family are very grateful for the support they received. A special thanks to the Rev. Mervyn Ewing of Seymour Street Methodist Church for his pastoral care and support during a difficult time and for conducting Hannah's Service of Remembrance. Also remembered are the Matron, Nursing Staff and Carers of the Somme Nursing Home for the outstanding care they provided for Hannah over the last three years along with the Doctors of the Greenway Practice Holywood Arches Health Centre. Thanks also to the Staff of Bobby Morrison Funeral Directors who at all times acted in a professional and caring manner.
