FLEMING, HELEN JESSIE - Daughter Jennifer, son Paul of the late Jessie Fleming wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Heartfelt thanks to those who called at the home, telephoned, brought gifts, flowers, sent cards, donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral and helped in any way. Thanks to the Staff of Ward 42, Altnagelvin Hospital and Ward 4 of Waterside Hospital for the care and attention they gave to our mother. A special word of thanks to the Rev. Mervyn Peoples for his pastoral care and for conducting the funeral service. To Wayne Glenn of Adair & Neely for their dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our grateful appreciation.
