SIMPSON SAMUEL JOHN (JACKIE) Died 17th August 2015 Jackie's wife Sylvia, daughter Claire, son Stephen wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised and supported them during their sad loss. Thank you to our kind relatives, neighbours and friends who helped us in so many ways and over the years of Jackie's illness. Many thanks to all those who called at the house, sent flowers, and donations to All Saints' Clooney Parish Church and Foyle Hospice. Our very special thanks to the Doctors and District Nurses at Riverfront Medical Centre, also Doctors and Nurses of the Sperrin Unit, and Ward 43 and to Helen Murphy and Staff of Murphy's Chemist, Spencer Road, also our special thanks to Foyle Hospice. To the Staff of Foyle Hospice Day Care, where Jackie loved to go every Wednesday and to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Foyle Hospice who gave Jackie such great care during his admissions and up until the date he died. A very sincere thank you to Rev. David McBeth and Rev. Mervyn Peoples for all their visiting and pastoral care and conducting a beautiful Funeral Service in All Saints' Church, Clooney. Thanks also to the Organist and to Paddy for her beautiful singing. We wish to thank the Ladies who provided refreshments in Clooney Hall and also the Ladies Guild at Aghadrumsee Parish Church, Co. Fermanagh who provided tea after the burial and to the Grave Diggers. Finally, we extend our gratitude to David and Ruth Hay for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
