KING, SAMUEL - His partner June, son Laurence and family circle of the late Samuel King wish to express their sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Rev. David Boyland for conducting the Funeral Service, calling at the home and for kind words of comfort and prayers. To the Ladies of St. Hilda's Church, Gina and Caillie and family friends for assisting with the set up and serving of the refreshments after the funeral service. To the family doctor, Dr. Sands, Lisburn Health Centre and to the nurses and carers of Lisburn Intermediate Care Home EMI for their care, attention and friendship to Samuel during his time with them. To all those who sent donations in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer's Society, c/o S.D. Brown Funeral Directors, 4 Sackville Street, Lisburn, BT27 4AB, called at the home, sent letters, cards of sympathy, brought gifts, thought of us in their prayers, telephoned, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
