NELSON, JOHN THOMAS - The family circle of the late John Thomas Nelson wish to express their sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Consultant, Doctors and Nurses of the Macdermott Unit and Ward 4 in the Ulster Hospital for all their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent donations in lieu of flowers to the Macdermott Unit, letters, cards, telephoned, called at the home and attended the funeral. Thanks also to Pastors Kyle Warren and Victor Maxwell for participating at the Funeral Service. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
