CRAWFORD, ALEXANDER - Died December 20, 2015. We wish to thank everyone who helped and comforted us in so many ways over the past months and also those who supported and cared for Alex throughout his illness. We are particularly grateful to the Staff of the Bridgewater Suite, the local Palliative Care Team, and our GP, Dr Cochrane. The care, compassion and expertise of all these professionals enabled Alex to live positively and provided bright lights on a dark journey. As Alex's family, we send our heartfelt gratitude to you all.
