BELL, WILLIAM DAVID - The family circle of the late David Bell wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Rev. Paul Dundas and Rev. John Pickering for conducting the Funeral Service and for their words of comfort and prayers. To the family doctors, Dr Campbell and Dr Ruddell, Dr Bronagh O'Kane, Professor Joe O'Sullivan, staff of Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre and Ward 11b, Belfast City Hospital and the doctors and nursing staff of Ward 1B, Lagan Valley Hospital for their unfailing care and attention. To all those who sent floral tributes, letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. A special word of thanks to the Funeral Director, Billy Horne and all the staff at Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors for all their help and support.
