Devine Brigid Catherine
DEVINE BRIGID CATHERINE Ballyneanor, Donemana The sons, daughters and the entire family circle of the late Brigid Devine, who passed away on 2nd March, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad loss. To all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours for their generosity and thoughtfulness, to those who gave Mass and sympathy cards, sent letters, telephoned, brought food and gifts, gave floral tributes or made donations in lieu of flowers and those who travelled far to be with us at this sorrowful time, a heartfelt thank you. To our thoughtful family and friends who helped and supported us during the wake, we will be forever indebted for your kindness. We extend our sincere thanks to our friend Fr. Noel McDermott for his pastoral care during our mother's illness, his attendance at the wake and also for his dignified personal reflections on her life whilst officiating at the Requiem Mass. Many thanks also to Fr. David O'Kane and Fr. Eamon McDevitt for their attendance at the wake and to Fr. O'Kane for concelebrating the Mass. A special word of thanks to all the Staff at Culmore Manor for their dedication and care during our mother's long illness. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Doctors at Oakleaf Medical Centre, especially Dr. Nicola Duffy. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to Carmel O'Neill for her dignified and professional manner in conducting the funeral and preceding arrangements, Kelly McLaughlin and our cousin Michael O'Kane for the exceptionally beautiful funeral music and to Sean Mullan, the grave digger. The kindness and hospitality of Donna O'Neill and her catering staff was greatly appreciated by all who attended after the funeral. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. Brigid's Month Mind Mass will be celebrated at 11.30 a.m. Sunday April 3rd in St. Patrick's Church, Claudy.
