WARD, ELIZABETH (BETTY) - The family of the late Betty Ward wish to thank all the relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised and helped so much at the time of their bereavement. Thanks also to all who sent messages of sympathy, donations in lieu of flowers and to those who attended the funeral. The kindness, care and attention of the staff of Colin Care, N.I. Hospice Nurse Jenny and the District Nursing Team, given so diligently over the last year, was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Rev. Paul Jack who conducted the Service and the staff of Bobby Morrison for carrying out the funeral arrangements so efficiently. Trusting this acknowledgement will accepted by all as a sincere appreciation of their kindness.
