JOHNSTON, ELIZABETH - The family circle of the late Elizabeth wish to express their most sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Rev. David Steele for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers. To the family doctor Dr. Ryan, staff of Ward 14 L.V.H. and Lisburn Intermediate Care Centre for their unfailing care and attention. To the members of Dundrod Presbyterian Church who provided tea, refreshments and floral bouquets. To all those who sent donations in lieu for N.I. Chest, Heart & Stroke (cheques payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account), letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
