McCOY, COLM - (Carryduff, formerly of Rathfriland Road, Newry). The family of the late Colm McCoy would like to express their sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our recent sudden bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the support of relatives, friends, work colleagues past and present, neighbours, local community and the extended staff of St. Joseph's Primary School. We give special thanks to the neighbours of Barronscourt Road for their actions and to the N.I. Ambulance Service and P.S.N.I. for the compassion and professionalism on the day of Colm's passing. We are grateful to all those who have called to pay their respects, sent cards and letters of sympathy, provided practical help, gave donations in lieu of flowers and to those who attended Colm's Funeral, (especially those who travelled a long distance). We thank Fr. Kelly and Canon Brown for the lovely Funeral Mass and all those who contributed to the beautiful and uplifting Service, especially the singers and musicians. We also thank O'Kanes Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral proceedings. It is impossible to thank everyone individually and we hope this notice is accepted as a acknowledgement of our appreciation to everybody that helped us over the last few weeks. Colm's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 26th June at 10.30 a.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Parish of Drumbo and Carryduff.
