DEVENNEY, ESSIE - The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all those kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them on the sudden death of Essie. A special word of thanks to the Rev David Clements for his pastoral duties and the moving Funeral Service. To Dr G. Baird, district nurses, community carers and reception staff of Scotch Quarter Practice Health Centre, Carrickfergus. To all those who sent donations in lieu of flowers for the NI Hospice, sent letters or cards, called at the home, attended the funeral or helped in any way. A very special word of thanks to the owners and staff of Burleigh Hill House P.N.H. Carrickfergus for allowing the family the use of the dining room to have refreshments in the company of Essie's mother after the funeral. To George Cuthbert and staff of Fleming and Cuthbert for the dignified manner in carrying out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
