SPENCE, SARAH (SADIE) - The sons, daughters and family circle of the late Sarah Spence would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the many friends and family who called to her home, sent cards and attended the funeral. A special thanks to the friends and neighbours of Wheatfield Drive for the generosity and kindness at this difficult time. Thanks also to the paramedic, ambulance staff, nurses and doctors of Ward 5 in the Royal Victoria Hospital for the dignified and caring way in which they looked after our Mum and the family. Our sincere thanks also to the Rev. Rachel Creighton for the very sensitive and comforting service she conducted in the family home. A final thank you to Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors for the professional but very personal manner in which they helped the family deal with the arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
