PATTERSON, STANLEY - The wife, son and family circle of the late Stanley Patterson wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to Dr. Ferguson, Montalto Medical Centre and the doctors and nurses of the Bridgewater Suite, the N.I. Cancer Centre and Ward 10 North, Belfast City Hospital for their unfailing care and attention. Also thanks to those friends and neighbours who sent cards or letters of sympathy, telephoned, brought gifts, attended the funeral service, sent donations in lieu of flowers for Cancer Research or helped in any other way. A special word of thanks to Rev. Scott Woodburn for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the Funeral Service.
