LACY MERRYN PAULA ANNE The family of the late Merryn Paula Anne Lacy, wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement, to all who sent cards, telephoned, called at the home, attended the funeral service, gave donations in lieu of flowers, and over the past years supported the Merryn Lacy Trust. Sincere thanks to the Doctors and all the staff of St Johns Ward in our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin - Dublin for their care and support to Merryn and the family. Special thanks to the Very Rev Dr R L Craig for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and prayers, also to the Ladies of the PW and Girls' Brigade for providing the refreshments after the service. Special word of thanks to David and Ruth Hay, Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out, also to the PSNI and the Garda Siochana for traffic control.
