KILLEN, SHONA - The parents and brothers of the late Shona Killen wish to express their most sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised them in their recent sudden bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who called to the house, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, made donations to The Alzheimer's Society, helped with refreshments at the wake, attended the funeral Mass or helped in any way. Many thanks to Fr. Neeson and Fr. Grimshaw for their pastoral care and concelebrating the Requiem Mass, all the readers, Laura and Siobhan for the beautiful music, St. Joseph's GAC for the use of the Hall, the ladies who helped provide refreshments after the Mass and to John Smith Funeral Directors for their dignified services. Finally, a special word of thanks to all our work colleagues, friends and relatives. Your kindness, prayers and continued support has been a huge comfort to us all. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. Shona's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 16th October at 11.00 a.m. in St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, Nunsquarter.
