JONES, CAROLINE WINIFRED - The family of the late Caroline Winifred Jones would like to thank all of those who sent cards and letters, attended the funeral or contributed in any way. They would also like to pass thanks to the nurses who cared for her in the McDermott Unit, Ward 12 Ulster Hospital and at home. A special thanks to Dr Bodie and Dr V Coyle who cared for Caroline throughout her illness. Thanks also to S Clarke & Son Funeral Directors for the dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
